anyone? *batters eyelashes*
So anyway, yesterday I went to an indian restaurant in Chinatown. HAHA.
We went there cause it was featured in Makan sutra. (you know I always thought it was makan sutra ROAR! hahaha. but it is actually raw.) :/
I dont really want to give it a bad review but certain things were quite bad.
The moment I entered, I was greeted with a dusty and greasy plate. Okay, nvm can always swap it rite? closed one eye.
The food dishes were actually nice -yummy.
there are 2 garlic naan and one plain naan. around 3 bucks per naan? and u see the silver bowl? Its our chicken curry (the chicken is nice!) IT COSTS 11 bucks for that small bowl!BUT the naan right, if it was hot, it be even better. but it wasn't. (this reminds me abit of of the cold pasta at sketches at Robertson Quay!).
the garlic naan was rather cold. As I quote myself "my braces feel like it wants to come out!" cause Ive been chewing and chewing on the naan. and my fork could not even pierce through the naan. you see the naan on the floor? I had a hard time cutting it til it slipped off my plate and fell on the ground.
So yea, my only prob was the naan and the plates.
the reastaurant actually reminded me of those in Vietnam - very Asian and exotic?
oh gawd. i look strange here. i dont look Singaporean or somesort. :S
